2. Products and pricing

All prices are displayed in EUR and include applicable VAT where required by law. We sell certified pre-owned timepieces; each piece is unique and subject to availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order that is mispriced, fraudulent, or otherwise non-compliant with these Terms.

3. Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A binding contract is formed only when we send a written order confirmation. We may verify your identity and payment details before dispatch. You will receive a transaction receipt by email including the merchant name, order reference, total amount, and currency.

4. Payment

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express. Card payments are processed by a PCI-DSS compliant payment service provider. Your card details are never stored on our servers. The descriptor that will appear on your bank statement is MERIDIAN WATCHES.

6. Cancellation, returns and refunds

See our Returns & Refunds policy. EU/EEA consumers have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

7. Restricted territories

We do not ship to, or accept payments from, jurisdictions subject to EU, UK, US, or UN trade sanctions. Orders identified as originating from sanctioned regions will be cancelled and refunded.

8. Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law (including death, personal injury, or fraud). Subject to that, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for the relevant order.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, without prejudice to mandatory consumer rights. EU consumers may also use the European Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.
