14-day right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

As an EU/EEA consumer you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the item, without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU. To exercise this right, notify us in writing at concierge@meridianwatches.example before the deadline expires.

Condition of returned items

Returned timepieces must be in unworn, unaltered condition with all original boxes, papers, tags, and protective seals intact. We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the item.

How to return

  1. Email concierge@meridianwatches.example with your order number to request a return authorisation.
  2. We will arrange a fully insured collection within 3 business days.
  3. Once received and authenticated, your refund is issued within 14 days.

Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method (card, bank transfer) in the original transaction currency (EUR). Card refunds typically clear within 5–10 business days depending on your issuing bank.

Cancellations before dispatch

You may cancel an order at any time before it has been dispatched by contacting concierge@meridianwatches.example. A full refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Items not eligible for return

  • Bespoke or made-to-order pieces (engraved, personalised, or commissioned).
  • Items damaged through misuse after delivery.

Chargebacks

We work directly and quickly with customers to resolve any issue. If you believe there is a problem with a charge, please contact us first at concierge@meridianwatches.example so we can resolve it before contacting your card issuer.
