Authenticity & Warranty

Every timepiece and jewellery piece is inspected by our in-house watchmakers and gemmologists against manufacturer references, serial archives, and movement characteristics. Diamonds and coloured stones are independently verified against GIA, IGI, or HRD certification where available.

Each piece is delivered with a Meridian Watches Certificate of Authenticity stating the reference, serial number, condition grade, and authentication date, signed by the responsible specialist.

Watches sold by Meridian Watches carry a 24-month warranty covering manufacturing defects of the movement under normal use. The warranty does not cover water damage, accidental impact, unauthorised servicing, batteries, straps, crystals, or normal wear of finishes.

If any item we have sold is later determined by an authorised manufacturer service centre to not be authentic, we will refund the original purchase price in full, for the original buyer, with no time limit.

Precious metals are hallmarked or independently assayed. Carat weights, colour, and clarity grades stated on diamonds are accurate to within standard industry tolerances.
