In-Store Policy

Visiting us

Identification at viewings

For insurance and security reasons, a valid government-issued photo ID may be requested before any high-value piece is presented out of the display case.

In-store payments

  • Card: Visa, Mastercard, American Express. 3-D Secure may be triggered for high-value transactions.
  • Bank transfer (SEPA / SWIFT) for any amount; goods released on confirmed receipt.
  • Cash: accepted up to the legal thresholds set out in our AML/KYC policy.

Receipts and tax

A formal VAT invoice (fatura) is issued for every in-store purchase, in line with Portuguese tax law. Non-EU residents may request the documentation needed for VAT-refund schemes at the time of purchase.

In-store returns

Statutory 14-day distance-selling rights apply to online orders only. In-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit within 7 days of purchase, in unworn condition with original boxes and papers. This does not affect rights under consumer-protection law for defective goods.

Filming and photography

Discreet personal photography is welcome. CCTV is in operation throughout the boutique for the security of clients and staff and is processed in line with our Privacy Policy.

Conduct

We reserve the right to refuse service or entry to anyone behaving in a manner that is abusive, threatening, or that compromises the safety of clients or staff.
